This guide is for external headhunters and recruitment agencies.

Resume Submissions

Guidelines

  • Location: Menlo is remote-first, accepting candidates from any location within ±5 hours of Singapore time.
  • Seniority: Senior roles are based on expertise and commitment, not just years of experience.

Submission Process

  1. Submit new resumes to the respective role in BambooHR. Please only submit 1 resume, as candidates will be automatically considered for multiple roles.

  2. Include the following information in the submission:

    • Candidate name (no anonymous submissions)
    • Candidate email
    • LinkedIn profile
    • Additional questions: try to get candidates to give a best answer

    For technical roles, please include the following information:

    • Github link
  3. Enter salary details only in the Desired Pay field; do not include them in the resume or elsewhere.

  4. Include your or your agency’s name in the “Who referred you for this position?” field for attribution. Alternatively, use your agency’s resume header for clear identification.

Interview Process

Timeline

  1. Resume Review: Completed within 5 business days.
    • No response indicates rejection; no rejection email sent at the resume screening stage.
  2. Interview Scheduling:
    • Our automation will invite candidates to each round of interviews, if selected.
    • Candidates choose their preferred time; interviews are auto-scheduled.
    • Hiring leads will also inform recruiters of candidate progression.

  3. Hiring Notification:
    • Recruiters are notified and involved in the offer process.

Communication

We strive to communicate with you in a timely manner.

  • Response Times:
    • Resume review: 5 business days.
    • Interview feedback: 3 business days.
  • Status Updates: Provided as needed.
  • Feedback?: DM us on Whatsapp at any time to give us feedback.

New Partners

We strive to have long term relationships with our talent partners.

Terms

  • Success fee basis
  • Nonexclusivity
  • Non-solicitation
  • In case of duplicate submissions, we will consider the first referrer

Onboarding

For new partners, we’ll have a 30 minute call to set up the following:

  • Whatsapp group for ad hoc communication
  • Points of Contact, i.e. hiring leads for the various teams
  • Priority for new roles
  • Additional candidate criteria if any
