Menlo is an Applied R&D lab enabling a humanoid robot labor force.

We do this by providing tools that enable developers to embody AI agents into humanoid robots to do economically valuable work.

Software

Menlo Stack is an agent-native software platform for embodied AI development.

It includes:

• Agent SDK : Deploy agent payloads to compliant humanoids with safety guarantees
• Edge API : Interface for low-level robot control and telemetry
• Uranus : World simulator and digital twin engine for scenario testing
• Cyclotron : Sim-to-real motor control pipeline for locomotion and manipulation
• Data Engine : Telemetry and continuous improvement system

Hardware

Menlo offers various reference hardware designs that implement the Menlo Stack, built by an open ecosystem of manufacturing partners.

It includes:

• Asimov: An open-source humanoid reference design. Asimov directly implements the software stack and is manufactured by an open supply chain ecosystem of manufacturing partners.
• Perceptron: An egocentric data collection kit for embodied AI, designed to capture the real-world data needed to train and validate agents for physical tasks.

Capabilities

• Tokamak is Menlo’s internal Software Factory that accelerates our own development cycles.
• Menlo Infra provides specialized robotics compute infrastructure and hardware-in-the-loop capabilities.
